Making a claim!
No one wants to make a claim, but it is inevitable at some point you probably will experience one! And that’s why Link Insure provides an In-house claims department, which is there to look after, manage and defend your corner! The team doesn’t simply pass the claim from you to the insurer. You will be allocated a single point of contact for your claims, who will provide complete support throughout the process. Your designated claim manager and the Link Insure team will also be able to discuss any claim trends with you and look to adopt preventive measures to avoid reoccurring claims in the future.
